I have quite a few favorites: Wine, salad, coffee, working out, and (last, but not least!) peanut butter! I could pretty much live off of salad (with good lean protein added, of course), coffee and peanut butter! I really don’t think I could go a day without having all three of those items! As for wine and working out, they are a part of who I am. Being Italian, I grew up with wine, enjoying it with family and friends during a good meal. Fortunately, my husband loves wine too, so we love to go wine tasting and open a bottle of wine (sometimes two) on a Friday or Saturday night, cook a nice meal and enjoy each other’s company. As for working out, it is also a way I relieve my stress, so I have to do it on a daily basis, or I don’t feel myself. Here, I will post my experiences, recipes and adventures.
